About Us
We are a family owned business. Three generations of Browns are joined daily by
our second family, the quality, qualified staff that serves you. If you were to
join us in a boardroom meeting: you would certainly leave with a clear understanding
that Tool Medic is run by some passionate and innovative people. We accept every
challenge and work hard to come up with innovative answers to solve whatever issues
arise. We accept all input, positive and negative, from our customers and use the

Our Goals
-Evaluate any tool we recieve within 72 hours.
-Once we have confirmed that the repair can be completed within the customer's budget,
have any parts, not in stock, ordered within 24 business hours.
-Once the parts have been recieved, install and complete the repair within 48 business
hours.
-Test every completed repair and confirm that it is safe, and ready for use.
